Cessna Single Engine Aircraft Crashes Onto The South Lawn Of The White House

September 11, 1994 At 2 am a Cessna single engine aircraft crashes onto the South Lawn of the White House. Pilot, Frank Corder stole a single engine aircraft from a Maryland Airport. Although Corder's aircraft could be seen on radar no one did a thing to stop it. Corder crashed into the White House wall, just two stories below the presidents bedroom. Fortunately the president was a cross town. The pilot was killed as a result of the impact of the crash. The FAA and the Treasury will launch an investigation to find out why nothing was done to prevent this aircraft from reaching the White House. What should have happen when Corder's aircraft veered off course and became a threat to the White House he could have been shot down by surface to air missisal on the White House Roof or by Military aircraft.
